Open Question: How can i pass emissions without changing my exhausts?

I have a 99 camaro z28 with a borla exhaust system, its basically just straight pipes with a muffler. Whoever owned it before me did this, there is no catylitic converters, or 02 sensors (which triggers my check engine light) which didnt matter in Nebraska, but i now live in Arizona and want to sell the thing.
